Abstract:
To provide a reeled thread dyeing method and a bleaching treatment method, which can perform dyeing and bleaching treatment in a state of reeled thread by using a cheese dyeing machine without requiring a reeled thread dyeing machine.SOLUTION: A metal plate on which many small holes are formed or a dyeing cage 1 made by forming a wire net into a cylindrical shape is disposed so as to surround the outside of a spindle 25 on a stage 26 of a carrier of a cheese dyeing machine. Many reeled threads 3 in a state of being entirely twisted multiple times are curved into doughnut shape, C shape or U shape, respectively, and loaded in the dyeing cage 1. A top cover 4 is put on the dyeing cage and stack of the reeled threads 3 are compressed downward and fixed. A top edge of the dyeing cage 1 is closed and a carrier is set in the cheese dyeing machine, and a dyeing process or a bleaching treatment process is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
