The reference voltage generation circuit includes first and second transistors of first conductivity types, a first resistor with one end connected to a base of the first transistor, and the other end connected to a collector of the first transistor and the base of the second transistor, a second resistor with one end connected to emitters of the first and second transistors, and a first current mirror circuit for supplying first currents to one-side ends of the first resistor and the collector of the second transistor. A predetermined reference voltage corresponding to a band gap voltage in the pn-junction of the first and second transistors is outputted from one end of the first resistor.
