The refill container comprises an outer vessel S including a bottomed cylindrical body 1, a cover 10 fitted over an opening 2 of the body 1 having a pouring hole 14 on a top wall 13 of a neck 12 standing on a shoulder 11 and a lid 30 fitted over the neck 12 of the cover 10, and a bottle-like inner vessel 20 with a mouth 21 standing which is detachably received in the outer vessel. An annular wall 18 having the pouring hole 14 as an axial line is hanging from the top wall 13 of the neck 12 of the cover 10, and when the inner vessel 20 is received in the outer vessel S, the annular wall 18 fits into the mouth 21 of the inner vessel 20 to be in peripheral contact liquid-tightly, so that contents in the inner vessel 20 may be poured out of the pouring hole 14 of the cover 10.
