Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the impulsive breakage at the nearby position of the lower end opening of a container, by providing a seal film to hermetically shut the lower end opening of the container body by closely sticking it on the lower face of the sepal and preventing the resin at the sepal from the orientation thereof.
CONSTITUTION: The opening of a cavity 30 in a mold 31 is covered with a plastic sheet 41 by use of the mold 31 having the cavity 30 opened at the position corresponding to the bottom of a container body 1 and a plug 32 which can be inserted in the cavity 30 of the mold 31. The plastic sheet 41 is pushed down into the cavity by the plug 32 and then it is pulled down so as to be extensibly oriented. On the other hand, the sepal 5 held by a pressing ring 33 is not affected by the tension and hence, the part is exempted from the orientation. Thereafter, the sepal 5 at the lower end opening is closely welded to seal by the seal film 7. In this way, the sepal 5 is hardly broken radically due to shocks.
