PURPOSE: To provide a reflection type projecting screen which is free from flickering and uneven luminance, has adequate brightness to prevent a viewer from feeling dazzle and enables the viewer to view the screen over a long time without fatigue of the eyes.
CONSTITUTION: A reflection layer 1a is formed by vapor deposition, etc., on the surface of a base material 1 consisting of a resin, etc., and a rugged resin layer 2 consisting of a transparent resin, having ruggedness is formed by embossing, etc., on the reflection layer 1a. A primer layer 7 is formed of a transparent resin on the rugged resin layer 2 and a colored transparent resin contg. dyes and particulate pigments is applied on the primer layer 7, by which a brightness and darkness control layer 3 is formed. A flare preventive layer 4 is formed by printing on the brightness and darkness control layer 3 and further, a protective layer 5 is laminated and formed of the transparent resin on the surface to provide protection.
