Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive and reliable refrigerant charging device by improving a charging speed and reducing costs while preventing liquid-back.SOLUTION: The refrigerant charging device includes: a refrigerant charging circuit having a refrigerant charging port connected to a refrigerant circuit of an air conditioner; an opening/closing valve provided at the refrigerant charging circuit; and a control mechanism to control the opening/closing valve. The control mechanism includes: a discharge superheat degree calculation unit to calculate the refrigerant discharge superheat degree from a refrigerant temperature and a refrigerant pressure at a discharge side of a compressor; and a valve control unit configured to control the opening/closing state of the opening/closing valve based on the calculated discharge superheat degree calculated by the discharge superheat degree calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
