PURPOSE: To obtain a refrigerant composition which does not cause ozonosphere depletion, can substitute for conventional refrigerants without changing the existing equipment and is noncombustible.

CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises difluoromethane, pentafluoroethane and hexafluorocyclopropane and has a composition in the range within the polygon having the vertices of the coordinates: [65;1;34], [34;1;65], [1;48;51], [1;98;1] and [15;84;1] in terms of the molar percentages of the respective components in the above given order in the triangular diagram.
