Abstract:
To solve a conventional problem that an arrangement of a block part has not been examined.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a plurality of use-side units 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d having a first refrigerant circuit; a heat source-side unit 2 having a second refrigerant circuit; connection pipe groups 5, 6; and relay units 4A, 4B. The relay unit is provided between the first refrigerant circuit and the second refrigerant circuit, and blocks combustive refrigerant that flows in the connection pipe groups. The relay unit 4A blocks the refrigerant flow between the first refrigerant circuit of the first use-side unit group and the second refrigerant circuit. In the first step, the information regarding the use-side unit capacity is obtained. In the second step, the allowable maximum value of a length of the first connection pipe group and/or an inner volume of the first connection pipe group based on the information obtained in the first step is obtained. In the third step, a length of the first connection pipe group and/or an inner volume of the first connection pipe group is determined so as to fall below the allowable maximum value obtained in the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
