Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce occurrence of vibration and noise of a metal/thin plate caused by a high-speed refrigerant flow passing through a restricting passage in a refrigerant evaporator wherein the metal thin plate forming the restricting passage is interposed between a refrigerant evaporating part and a refrigerant- refrigerant heat exchange part.
CONSTITUTION: Reinforcing plates 91 and 92 having a plate thickness being twice or more larger than the one of a metal thin plate 90 are provided on the front and rear sides of this metal thin plate 90 in contact therewith and these members (90, 91, 92) are soldered integrally, so that the rigidity of the part of the metal thin plate 90 be increased. As the result, the metal thin plate 90 is prevented from vibrating due to a high-speed refrigerant flow passing through a restricting passage 9 and thereby occurrence of noise is suppressed.
