Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the above refrigerant, which is safe, and does not destroy the ozon layer and generate a low temperature, by a method wherein non-azeotroplc mixture refrigerant, containing at least three kinds among five kinds of refrigerant of C2HCl2F3, C2H2F4, CHF3, CF4 and Ar in the order of the height of the boiling point thereof, is employed.
CONSTITUTION: Non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant is prepared by a mixture containing at least three kinds of unit refrigerant among five kinds of unit refrigerants such as C2HCl2F3, C2H2F4, CHF3, CF4 and Ar in the order of the height of the boiling point thereof to use it as operating refrigerant. The refrigerant, compressed by a compressor 1, is sent into a condenser 2 to cool it by cooling water in a pipeline 3 and, then, is cooled and condensed in an auxiliary heat exchanger 4. The refrigerant, discharged out of the auxiliary heat exchanger 4, flows from a first separator 5 to a third heat exchanger 13 sequentially while being separated into gas phase and liquid phase in accordance with the boiling points of the constituting constituents of the non-azeotropic refrigerant, then, moves through refrigerant pipelines 23-36 respectively as whown by arrow signs in a diagram and becomes a predetermined low-temperature condition in the third heat exchanger 13 whereby a low temperature or -12°C, for example, can be obtained in an evaporator 15.
