To recover pressure difference of working fluid as motive power in a refrigerating cycle device constituted to allow the working fluid having the pressure difference to flow into an expander.
This refrigerating cycle device comprises a first working fluid circuit 30 comprising a first compressor 51, a first radiator 52, a flow rate control valve 53 for adjusting a flow rate of the working fluid from the first radiator 52 to the expander 54, the expander 54 connected with the first compressor 51 by a power shaft, and an evaporator 55 for successively circulating the working fluid therein, and a second working fluid circuit 31 comprising a second compressor 56, a second radiator 57, the expander 54 and the evaporator 55 for successively circulating the working fluid therein, and the expander 54 and the evaporator 55 are shared by the working fluid circuits 30, 31. The expander 54 injects the working fluid flowing therein from the first radiator 52 through the first flow rate control valve 53, in the way of an expansion passage of the expander 54.
