To provide a refrigerating cycle provided with a heat exchanger capable of heat exchange between the high pressure side and the low pressure side of a refrigerant with high efficiency and further improves refrigerating efficiency.

The refrigerating cycle is a compression type refrigerating cycle 1 to circulate a refrigerant and provided with a heat exchanger 7 to effect heat exchange between the high pressure side and the low pressure side of a refrigerant. The heat exchanger is provided with a tube body 710 through which refrigerant on the high pressure side and on the low pressure side flows. Heat exchange is effected by heat transmitted to the tube body. The tube body comprises a first flow passage layer 711 formed that refrigerant flow passages 711a on the high pressure side are arranged; and a second flow passage layer 712 formed that refrigerant flow passages 712a on the low pressure side are arranged, an inlet part 720 and an outlet part 730 of the first flow passage layer and an inlet part 740 and an outlet part 750 of the second flow passage layer are provided.
