To provide a refrigerating device comprising a waste heat utilization device capable of exerting sufficient performance and improving reliability by preventing bias of a refrigerant or a lubricating oil, in a refrigerating device constituted in such a manner that a refrigerating cycle and a Rankine cycle share a condenser, and both cycles can be simultaneously operated.
This refrigerating device constituted in such manner that the refrigerating cycle 200 and the Rankine cycle 300 share a condenser 220 and both cycles 200, 300 can be simultaneously operated, comprises a valve mechanism 50 capable of cutting off a flow of the refrigerant from a joint point 60 of a first flow channel 62 from an expander 320 to the condenser 220 and a second flow channel 64 from a compressor 210 to the condenser 220, to a discharge port of the compressor 210.
