Abstract:

To prevent step-out of a high-stage compressor, in a refrigerating device in which capacity of the high-stage compressor using a direct current synchronous motor for performing multi-stage compression of coolant in a refrigerating cycle is smaller than capacity of a low-stage compressor.

The refrigerating device opens a solenoid valve 21a when starting and performs bypassing by a bypass passage 21 in a heat pump circuit 2A to start the high-stage compressor 6 in a non-load state. When the rotations of the low-stage compressor 5 and the high-stage compressor 6 are raised and stabilized, the refrigeration device closes the solenoid valve 21a and shifts to a normal operation.
