The refrigerant circuit 10 is provided with a switching circuit 24 for switching a state that an expansion inflow line 48 is communicated with a heat source-side line 38, and an expansion outflow line 49 is communicated with an use-side line 39, and a state that the expansion inflow line 48 is communicated with the use-side line 39, and the expansion outflow line 49 is communicated with the heat source-side line 38. A heat source-side adjustment valve 43 for adjusting the refrigerant flow rate of a heat source-side heat exchanger 44 in a heating operation is disposed in a refrigerant circulation passage 52 connecting the expansion outflow line 49 and the heat source-side line 38 in the switching circuit 24.
