Title:
REFRIGERATING MACHINE AND REFRIGERANT AMOUNT DETECTING METHOD OF REFRIGERATING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3719246
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in determining a liquid face detecting circuit for determining whether the liquid refrigerant is reserved by a specific position of a receiver or not in a refrigerant circuit including a compressor and the receiver.
SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 comprises a main refrigerant circuit 10 and the liquid face detecting circuit 30. The main refrigerant circuit 10 includes a compressor 21 for compressing a gas refrigerant, a heat source-side heat exchanger 24, a receiver 26 for storing the liquid refrigerant and a using-side heat exchanger 52. The liquid face detecting circuit 30 is mounted to take out a part of the refrigerant in the receiver 26 from a first specific position L1 of the receiver 26, pressurize and heat the same, measure a temperature of the refrigerant, then return the refrigerant to a suction side of the compressor 21, and detects that the liquid face in the receiver 26 reaches the first specific position L1.
