PURPOSE: To properly control temperature by providing a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of a lower stage, a desired temperature setting part for selling containers on an upper stage, a heating control part for containers on the lower stage and an informing means of heating time and moving the containers on the lower stage to the upper stage after heating.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 21 calculates the heating time T of coat cans 11 based on desired temperature ts for sale set by a temperature setting part 21 and lower stage temperature tr detected by a lower temperature sensor 24. An informing means 28 informs of the heating time T in accordance with a signal R1 based on T. Under this information, the coat cans 11 are heated for time T by a heater 14 so that the temperature of ice cream is raised to the desired temperature ts. Thus, setting operations corresponding to different temperature at which ice cream feels tasty depending on kinds of ice cream or temperature at which a ladling operation can be easily done can be performed.
