When a detected pressure of a pressure sensor PS exceeds a specified value, the controller 7a controls the water sprayer 60 to let it spray the cooling water to the heat source side heat exchanger 22. Otherwise, when a detected temperature of a temperature sensor TS exceeds a specified value, the water sprayer 60 is controlled by the controller 7a to let it spray the cooling water to the heat source side heat exchanger 22. Otherwise, when the control capacity of a compressor 21 of a capacity control means 73 exceeds a specified value, under the control of the controller 7a, the water sprayer 60 sprays the cooling water to the heat source side heat exchanger 22.
