To reconcile both reliable frost prevention in an evaporator and retention of comfort by solving cold shortage.
A first evaporator temperature sensor is arranged at a low-temperature side region, where an evaporator temperature is minimized, and a second evaporator temperature sensor is arranged at a high-temperature side region, where the evaporator temperature is maximized, at the air blowing side of the evaporator. When an evaporator temperature Te1 at a low-temperature side region decreases to an off side target temperature TEOa, an electromagnetic clutch is shut off to stop a compressor (S130, S150). Contrarily, when an evaporator temperature Te2 at a high-temperature region increases to an on side target temperature TEOb that is higher than an off side target temperature TEOa by a specific temperature, the electromagnetic clutch is connected to return the compressor 11 to the operation state.
