In a refrigeration cycle device 1A including a binary refrigeration cycle in which a heat source-side refrigerant circuit 2 exchanging heat with a heat source-side heat medium and a use-side refrigerant circuit 3 exchanging heat with a use-side heat medium are thermally connected through a cascade heat exchanger 22, as a suction pressure of a use-side compressor 31 is determined on the basis of a heat source-side heat medium temperature and a use-side heat medium temperature, a capacity of a heat source-side compressor 21 is controlled with a goal of the suction pressure, and further a capacity of the use-side compressor 31 is controlled on the basis of the use-side heat medium temperature and the suction pressure, a control target value is stabled, the stability of each refrigeration cycle is improved, influence by interference between the refrigeration cycles is reduced, an operating state of high efficiency can be kept, and energy-saving performance can be improved.
