Abstract:
To use a refrigerant with high condensation pressure, such as carbon dioxide, as working fluid in a refrigeration cycle device having an electronic expansion valve and adopting a duty method for valve opening control.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device includes: a compressor 13; an expansion section 16 including an electronic expansion valve 26; high-pressure side piping 17A; low-pressure side piping 17B; and a control section 23 for performing opening control of the electronic expansion valve 26 by performing duty control of a valve opening time ratio in a predetermined cycle time C while the compressor 13 is being operated. The refrigeration cycle device further includes pressure-equalizing piping 27 bypassing the electronic expansion valve 26 and causing the refrigerant to flow in from the high-pressure side piping 17A to the low-pressure side piping 17B at least when the compressor 13 is operated and the electronic expansion valve 26 is in the closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
