To provide a refrigerating device for utilizing exhaust heat of an absorption type refrigerating machine even in a cooling operation and a heating operation including partial load besides rated operations by driving an absorption type refrigerating machine by exhaust heat of a vapor compression type refrigerating machine in the cooling operation.

A compressed refrigerant of the vapor compression type refrigerating machine X is cooled or supercooled by an evaporator 14 of an absorption type refrigerating machine Y in the cooling operation, and a solution recovering heat by a heat exchanger 20 for recovering refrigerant heat, is used as a heat source for regenerating the refrigerant vapor of the absorption type refrigerating machine Y. A first solenoid value V1 and a second solenoid value V2 are disposed at an inlet of a generator 11, and the first solenoid value V1 and the second solenoid valve V2 are opened and closed on the basis of a refrigerant temperature of the vapor compression type refrigerating machine X.
