Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the air volume into the refrigerating cycle, in particular, the oxygen content to promote deterioration of the refrigerating cycle for the stable operation over the long time in a refrigeration air-conditioning system provided with a refrigeration compressor in which the refrigerant consisting of fluoro-carbon compound containing no chlorine and the refrigerator oil, a condenser, a refrigerant flow rate control part such as a capillary tube, and an evaporator.
SOLUTION: In a refrigerating cycle to be constituted by connecting a unit 5 having a refrigeration compressor 1 and a heat exchanger 2 with the fluorocarbon compound containing no chlorine as the refrigerant to a unit 6 having a heat exchanger 2b installed at the part in which the refrigeration air-conditioning is performed, the residual oxygen content in the refrigerating cycle is limited to the range of ≥1,500 vol.ppm and ≤65,000 vol.ppm to the filling capacity of the refrigerator oil to be used for the compressor 1.
