To provide a refrigerator combined type fuel cell system capable of sufficiently effectively using exhaust heat in the entire system.
The refrigerator combined type fuel cell system is formed by combining a fuel cell unit 1 having a reformer 112 and a fuel cell 10 with an adsorption type refrigerator 2. An adsorbent S of the adsorption type refrigerator 2 is heated by exhaust heat of the fuel cell 10, and at least one supply fluid of water, fuel and air (oxygen) supplied to the fuel cell unit 1 is heated by exhaust heat (condensation heat) generated in the adsorption type refrigerator 2. Thus, by using exhaust heat from the adsorption type refrigerator 2 as a heat source required for the fuel cell unit 1, heat quantity required for operation of the fuel cell 10 can be reduced. As a result, sufficient effective use of exhaust heat in the entire system is enabled.
