Title:
REFRIGERATOR HAVING COOL AIR DISTRIBUTION BLADE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11132627
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a refrigerator which has a cool air distribution device capable of dispersing cool air.

A planar horizontal distribution blade 43 is provided in a cool air duct of a cooling chamber to be rotatable centered on the vertical axis thereof and works to disperse cool air horizontally. In the cool air duct, a cam 51 is provided to be rotatable centered on the horizontal axis and a motor 59 to rotate the cam. The rotation of the cam 51 is converted to a reciprocal rotation of the horizontal distribution blade 43 through a transmission part 61. Therefore, as the cam 51 turns with the motor 59, the cool air delivered into the cooling chamber is dispersed horizontally by the horizontal distribution blade 43 to maintain the temperature uniformly in a cold storage chamber. This also enables concentrated delivery of the cool air to a specified position during the stoppage of the cam 51.
