The refrigerator with a freezer is provided with a refrigerator body 1, the automatic ice machine 9 attached to the refrigerator body 1 by an attaching means, and having an ice tray 10 attached to a casing 23 interior, and an ice tray turning unit 11 separating and dropping produced ice from the ice tray 10, and an ice storage case 13 storing the ice produced by the automatic ice machine 9. The attaching means is provided with a fastening part 21a provided on an ice machine attaching part 21 of the refrigerator body 1, a part 23a to be fastened provided on a casing 13 of the automatic ice machine 9 and fastened to the locking part 21a, and a cushioning material 22 interposed between the fastening part 21a and the part 23a to be fastened.
