To provide a refrigerator of both direct-cooling system and fan-cooling system which can remove dew even when dew is generated on a wall surface of a refrigerating chamber.
A pipe 29 for removing dew is connected to a wall surface cooling pipe 27 to cool a refrigerating chamber 2, and a refrigerating chamber evaporator 10 is connected thereto. When the dew condition is satisfied, the capacity of a two-stage compressor 18 is enhanced, the opening of an electronic expansion valve 26 is maximized, and a refrigerant is throttled by the pipe 29 for removing dew. Dew removal control to remove dew is performed by setting the difference between the temperature of the refrigerating chamber evaporator 10 and the wall surface temperature of the refrigerating chamber 2 to be at least 2°C.
