The antioxidant emission unit 8 is inclined, a granular antioxidant agent 10 inside the antioxidant emission unit 8 moves in many directions, and particles in a surface part of the antioxidant emission unit 8 and inside particles are replaced to secure a new emission face. Thereby, the antioxidant component emitted from the fine holes 9 does not stop and is successively emitted.
