To provide a refrigerator capable of minimizing a space dimension by ensuring an engagement relationship between a molding die and a penetration member with a simple structure composed only by slightly changing an engagement shape between a projecting part used as undercut of a foaming tool of a heat insulation material and the penetration member of a heat insulation wall corresponding to it, and allowing a pass-through slot with high dimensional accuracy to be formed by eliminating influence of swelling deformation due to foaming pressure.
This refrigerator is characterized by arranging a heat insulation box formed by foaming and filling a heat insulation material in a space between an outer box and an inner box installed in a tool, a through-hole 17 formed by tubular bodies 20 and 23 to penetrate a heat insulation wall 9 facing to a storage chamber, and a tilting surface 21 tilting inward with respect to the vertical direction of the heat insulation wall surface at least in a part of the tubular bodies forming the through-hole, and by forming inclined surfaces 34 and 35 for holding a die in a state contacting the tilting surface in vertical movement on surfaces of projecting parts 32 and 33 of foaming tools 30 and 31 arranged corresponding to the through-hole of the heat insulation wall in the foaming and filling.
