Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerator in which power supplied at night is stored and used in the daytime so that the demand for power supply can be leveled out.
CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a refrigeration cycle in which a cooling device 8 and a heat storage device 31 containing a heat storage material 32 inside are connected in parallel, a time-controlling means 46 for controlling the time for the heat-storing operation by which heat is stored in the heat storage device 31 in an arbitrary zone of time and for controlling the time for the stored heat-using cooling operation by which the inside of the refrigerator is cooled by using the stored heat, a room temperature detective means 40 for detecting the temperature in a room, and a heater 58 for defrosting the cooling device 8.
