Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation device capable of reducing damage of the device itself and protecting evacuees safely, by avoiding direct hit, in particular, of tsunami streams, drifting materials, or the like even in the case of attack thereof and also preventing buoyancy from acting to the device.SOLUTION: An evacuation device includes: a bearing body such as posts and an arch structural body erected on a ground; a frame body mounted to and supported by the bearing body so that it can be utilized as a stage for evacuation with an area allowing many persons to evacuate; and an ascending/descending means connecting the ground and the frame body to each other. The frame body is formed in a cylindrical barrel shape with opening front and rear ends such that it can receive and discharge tsunami streams, which is simulated to attack, to outside.
