PURPOSE: To enable the soft landing of a refuge gondola falling from a rooftop through the air by utilizing a parachute at the time of the occurence of disasters such as a fire in an ultra-high building.

CONSTITUTION: A gondola 1 carrying refugees is formed and a support 13 having seats 7 and grasping members is provided in the gondola 1 and a door 4 is attached to one side surface of the gondola and one ends of support frames 15 supporting capsule A storing a parachute are fixed to a plurality of the side surfaces of the gondola 1 by rivets and the other ends thereof are fixed by rivets through the fixing jigs 17 fixed to the lower part of the capsule and an expandable cushion part 14 is provided to the bottom surface part of the gondola.
