Abstract:
To provide a technique which enables a disaster measure headquarter to detect opening of a refuge without requiring manpower in the case of disaster.SOLUTION: A refuge management apparatus 55 comprises an acquisition unit 56, a determination unit 57 and a notification unit 58. The acquisition unit 56 acquires location information representing a location of a portable terminal device which is registered previously as a management terminal. The determination unit 57 determines that a refuge is opened on the basis of the location information of the management terminal in a refuge area including a facility which is designated as the refuge. The notification unit 58 performs a notification about the opening of the refuge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
