Abstract:
To provide a refuge supporting system and a refuge supporting method that enable a plurality of target persons existing in a facility to take refuge safely and on a case-by-case basis depending on the current situation at the time of disaster.SOLUTION: A refuge supporting system includes a plurality of previously disposed mobility objects that each have a structure capable of separably connecting with a portable support body for supporting a target person in a facility in a seated posture or lying posture and, at the time of connection, autonomously travel on a floor surface in the facility integrally with the portable support body. The refuge supporting system, depending on the current situation in the facility and confirmed situations of the current positions of a plurality of target persons existing in the facility, identifies a safe section in the facility and plans refuge routes for making the respective target persons take refuge to the safe section, and according to the planned refuge routes, manages traveling states of the plurality of mobility objects as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
