In this refuse box, in a case of large polyvinyl bag, a bottom part of the polyvinyl bag is attached to the bottom of a receiving box 1, and the four sides of an upper part of the polyvinyl bag are fastened with clips to the uppermost transverse bar 3 of a box or a basket by or a cover is put thereon. A small polyvinyl bag is fastened to a lower transverse bar 3, and a medium-sized polyvinyl bag is fastened to an intermediate transverse bar 3 with the four sides fastened by the clips. The cover is used only in the large polyvinyl bag using the uppermost transverse bar 3, and the large and small polyvinyl bags are fastened to the four sides by the clips.
