To provide a refuse incinerator capable of effectively suppressing production of DXNs in a combustion process.
A refuse incinerator includes means for suppressing temporal variations of gas temperature in a gas mixing section. The foregoing means for suppressing temporal variations of gas temperature in the foregoing gas mixing section preferably includes a high response sensor for measuring the gas temperature in the gas mixing section, and control means for controlling combustion in the incinerator based upon the measured value by the high response sensor. Further, the means for suppressing the temporal variations of gas temperature in the foregoing gas mixing section preferably includes adjustment means for a supply air amount in the incinerator using a high response actuator.
