Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse incinerator in which exhaust gas incident to combustion of refuse can be made smokeless and odor free.
SOLUTION: A heat insulating wall 3 bonded with a first infrared radiator 32 is disposed to surround an incineration pot 2 and a combustion chamber 5 and a heat exchanger 4 is disposed to surround the heat insulating wall 3. An inner flue section 7 is formed between the heat insulating wall 3 and the incineration pot 2 and an outer flue section 9 is formed between the heat insulating wall 3 and the heat exchanger 4. Upper part of a section 8 interconnecting the inner and outer flue sections 7, 9 is covered with a second infrared radiator, i.e., a heat insulating member 72, and exhaust gas is made smokeless and odor free through secondary heating with infrared rays. Preferably, the heat insulating wall 3 is formed substantially tubularly and the heat exchanger 4 is formed to have a plan view of rectangular tube in order to increase the volume of the outer flue section 9 thus prolonging convection time of exhaust gas.
