Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a refuse peeling device capable of reliably separating a label and an unnecessary portion (refuse) in various kinds of die-cut label paper, and further to propose a printing system.SOLUTION: A refuse peeling device 1 winds up die-cut label paper 4 unwound from a roll sheet 5 by a first wind-up section 20 via a refuse peeling section 30. The refuse peeling section 30 is provided with a first angle adjustment mechanism 37 oscillating a peeling member 32 and adjusting an inclination angle θ1 between the peeling member 32 and a first wind-up shaft 21. A control section 60 of the refuse peeling section 30 sets a target value of the inclination angle θ1 using corresponding data 66 stored in a storage section 61 on the basis of a label width D input to an input section 12, drive-controls a first motor 35 on the basis of the target value and causes the inclination angle θ1 to coincide with the target value. Further, the control section 60 also adjusts an inclination angle θ2 of a second wind-up shaft 34 toward the peeling member 32 on the basis of the inclination angle θ1 and allows an unnecessary portion 3b peeled to be wound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
