A horizontal main shaft 5 is pivotably supported by a slender body case 1 having an opening/closing lid 4 on its upper part. A cover sheet 2 is wound around the main shaft 5, and rewound and drawn from the body case 1. A plurality of sheet supporting plates 3, etc. are foldably mounted on a front side of the body case 1 via joints 7, etc. A shaft of a handle 6 provided on a side end of the body case 1 is connected to the main shaft 5, and a plurality of wheels 9, etc. are provided on a bottom of the body case 1.
