PURPOSE: To provide a refuse storage discharge device which is capable of the classified collection of refuse and the production cost of which is inexpensive.

CONSTITUTION: A refuse storage discharge device is formed by equipping two refuse storage pipes 21, 23 that receive and store refuse thrown into respective refuse thrown-in openings 2, a discharge valve 22 provided in the vicinity of the bottom portion of at least either one of the two refuse storage pipes 21, 23, a common use discharge chute 26 that has at its upper part the divergent pipe portions to receive refuse respectively from the bottom portions of two refuse storage pipes 21, 23 and discharges refuse from its lower part, and a breaker 27 that breaks refuse discharged from the common use discharge chute 26 and discharges broken refuse to a transport pipe 6 connected to a collection center.
