To make a device excellent in general purpose usability, and attain improvement of smoothness in refuse collecting work, so that refuse can be safely input.
A refuse vessel inverting device comprises a base stand 3, operating arm 4 and inversion assist arm 5, support base 6, and an upper/lower lock piece 7, 8 provided above/under the support base 6. The upper lock piece is formed lockably from downward to an upper end edge of a refuse vessel A, in the vicinity of this upper lock piece 7, a pressing member 9 capable of holding the upper end edge of the refuse vessel A between the upper lock piece 7 and the pressing member 9 is provided. The lower lock piece 8 is constituted by a first/second lower lock piece 81, 82 arranged in upper/lower two steps. The first/second lower lock piece 81, 82 is constituted lockably from upward to a lock pin A2 of the refuse vessel A. The pressing member 9 and the first/ second lock piece 81, 82 by operating means comprising a first/second interlocking link 85, 92, are constituted to be able to operate according to inverting action of the support base 6.
