To contrive reuse and recycling to resources of aggregate and the like by treating the aggregate and the like to regenerate them from a returned ready-mixed concrete by dry treatment.
The regenerating equipment for aggregate for concrete and the like uses a hardened returned ready-mixed concrete as a raw material, and includes a crusher 1, a sizer 2, and a sieving machine 3 relatively arranged. The returned ready-mixed concrete hardens by curing in one to seven days of material age. A raw material 4 divided into small pieces is crushed by the crusher 1 to produce a primary treated material 5. The primary treated material 5 is disintegrated by the sizer to peel an adhered mortar 16 from the aggregate and to produce a secondary treated material 6. The secondary treated material 6 is sieved by the sieving machine 3 to be classified into a regenerated coarse aggregate 7 and a regenerated fine aggregate 8 including the mortar in it. The quality and properties of the regenerated fine aggregate 8 can be improved when it is classified into a regenerated fine aggregate and a mortar reduced in water absorption by a dry cyclone 25.
