PURPOSE: To regenerate a denitration bag filter having a denitration catalyst supported thereon without replacing the same with a new one.
CONSTITUTION: A denitration bag filter whose denitration capacity is deteriorated is detached from a denitration apparatus. Both ends of the detached bag filter 1 are attached to an attaching stand 2 to be arranged in a flush toilet 3. Water is sent into the flush toilet 3 from a fresh water tank 4 until the bag filter 1 is perfectly immersed in water and a water stream pump 5 is operated to wash the interior of the bag filter 1 by the water streams from the emitting nozzle 6 to wash off the reactional product and catalyst bonded to the bag filter 1. The bag filter 1 after washing is immersed in a catalyst soln. to support a catalyst on the bag filter 1. Thereafter, the bag filter 1 is dried in a dryer to be regenerated as the denitration bag filter. A method performing regeneration in the denitration apparatus is also provided.
