To solve the problem that conventional power generation systems are very often installed by destroying nature, requiring a huge amount of budget and a long period for construction, and although some of them employ structures to use the regenerative energy, they are only used secondarily.

Using a capacitor 5 as a power source, a DC power motor 7 connected with a wire 6 is operated. By linking the DC power motor 7 with an AC power generator 9 using a power transmission means 8, when the DC power motor 7 is operated, the AC power generator 9 is operated to perform power generation. A part of obtained power is transformed by a transformer 1, and then is converted into DC power by a converter 3 via a wire 2 connected with the converter 3 to be sent to the capacitor 5. As a result, the AC power generator 9 performs continuous power generation. A regenerative power generation system is established because a self-generating power is used as a power source.
