PURPOSE: To restore specified communication immediately after urgent controlled communication is canceled by storing the communication channel of the speci fied communication at the time of executing the urgent controlled communica tion.

CONSTITUTION: This regional disaster prevention radio system is constituted of a remote control device 15a and plural general stations. It is provided with a control operating part 16 which is installed in the remote control device 15a and inhibits forcedly the communication with the general station in order to execute the controlled communication, a storage part 31 which is controlled by the operation of the control operating part 16 and stores the communication channel of the general station during the communication with the remote control device 15a, and a restoration control part 15a which reads out the communication channel stored in the storage part and restoes a state before the controlled communication after the controlled communication is finished.
