Abstract:
To rewrite information in the IC card of a customer without requiring labor and time.
When the update of information is confirmed, a control section 148 transmits change information registered in a database section 147 to an IC-card public telephone 100 through an external interface section 143, a communication section 141, and a communication network 170. In the IC-card public telephone 100, a control unit 113 receiving the indication of the update through a communication section 112 transmits the change information to a reader-writer section 111, and changes destination information in card information in an inserted IC card 110 to new destination information and updates card information.
