Abstract:
To provide a registration application processing device for giving the possibility of utilizing a service to persons whose registration application and service approval are rejected, and its method and program.
The registration application processing device 10 is connected to a credit organization 30 as well. When an applicant 1 applies for utilizing a paid content on each site 20 (S1), credit identification is given to the credit organization 30 in accordance with attribute information for the applicant (S2). Depending on the result of the credit identification of the applicant 1, whether the registration application of the applicant 1 is permitted or not is determined and the determination result is reported (S3).
