PURPOSE: To prevent shading, and to execute independently the correction of a measure by fetching a low band component in distortion correcting quantity of an intersection point divided in the horizontal and vertical directions so that the influence of data of the lowest stage of a picture plane is not exerted on the uppermost stage.
CONSTITUTION: The passing property of a low-pass filter is varied between the data Yn of the lowest stage and the data Yo of the uppermost stage, and in order to the influence of data Y is not exerted on Yo, the frequency characteristic is made roughly flat by short-circuiting both ends of resistances R1, R2 of an active filter. As a result, information of the data Yn stored in capacitors C1, C2 in the active filter is discharged, the result is convenient for inputting new information.
