To effectively hold a film on a drum surface without a capturing means even when a drum rotates by reducing a height of a head of a registration pin.

A registration pin has a head part 12 whose height is reduced and a pin main body 11. At least a single overhang part 16 is formed in the head part 12, and a film F is sandwiched by this overhang part 16 and a drum surface 5A, and the film F is properly held on a drum. Since a height of the head part 12 of the pin is reduced, an interval with a peripheral device from the drum surface can also be reduced, and recording of a high image quality can be attained. The film F can be effectively held by the overhang part 16 in spite of reducing a height of the pin.
