Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely execute a water level control by grasping a water level of a reservoir and a set water level as an electric signal, and executing an operation of only a slave valve control circuit, and a co-operation with a master valve control circuit, based on whether its deviation is large or small, and the duration. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 25 is provided with a level transmitter 5 for outputting a water level signal, and a supply water system to this condenser 25 is constituted of a replenishing water pipeline 8 in which a replenishing water pump 6 is provided, and whose one end is connected to a replenishing water tank 26, branch pipes 9, 10 which are bifurcated from said pipeline and in which a master valve 1 and a slave valve 2 are provided, respectively and an aggregate pipeline 11. On said master valve 1 and slave valve 2, an electropneumatic positioner 3 and a diaphragm 4 are provided, respectively, and its valve opening is adjusted separately by a controller 40. The controller 40 is constituted by placing a computing element 26, a master valve control circuit 23, a slave valve control circuit 24 and an integration circuit 25, in different systems, respectively. In this state, when a deviation signal DV is small, the master valve control circuit 23 does not operate the master valve 1, but operates the slave valve control circuit 24 and the integration circuit 25.
